Summer is indeed here and today I walked into a beachfront condo with clients to find it hotter than - well you get the idea! The air conditioning was turned off!!! The first thing I did was check to make sure there was power. My thought was that the seller had turned off the power and water.
Nope - power was on! So the owner or the listing agent turned the air conditioning off??? Do they want mildew and MOLD to start growing? It is in the 90's already down here! I called the listing agent and let him know that the air conditioning was off and was informed that he knew................ok. Guess they don't want to sell that one too soon!!!!
