2011 Florida Market Synopsis
2011 is over and it turned out to be a VERY good year for the Sunshine State! Existing home sales increased 8% and condo sales increased a remarkable 15% during 2011!
With mortgage rates at all time lowes, it seems that those that CAN are indeed making purchases! The December 30 year fixed reached an incredible 3.96%.
2012 is predicted to be an even better year and it is certainly starting off that way from what I can see! So if you are looking to purchase a home or condo here in the Sunshine State, the time to buy is NOW!
