Why Am I Dancing? Florida Market Report Just Out - Information Directly From The Florida Association Of Realtors!
Well, IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER! The latest report out today from the Florida Association of Realtors reports that when they compared the 3rd Quarter 2011 to the 3rd Quarter 2010 they found that existing home sales are UP 12% and condo sales are UP 13% here in the Sunshine State.
That is certainly something to be dancing about! As for the sales prices, existing home sales median price for this same time period is UP less than 1% and condo sales prices show a 7% increase!!!
With that kind of information, who wouldn't be dancing on clouds! I have not been this busy in YEARS and couldn't be happier!
When is the time to buy? How about YESTERDAY! With mortgage rates as low as they are, it is basically a case of now or never if you want to take advantage of some sweet deals that are still out there!
