Florida's economy is improving according to the latest report out from Wells Fargo according to the Florida Association of Realtors. The report states that Florida's economy should avoid a recession and that South Florida and the Greater Tampa Bay Area will be leading with increased hiring.
As I have been saying again and again, the popularity with Europeans and Latin America has been a great advantage for the Sunshine State.
Wells Fargo predicts that Florida's economic growth will reach 2.2% in the next year and that this will assist Florida's economic recovery.
So once again I have to ask those fence sitters "What are you waiting for?" You are at the point that if you don't act soon, you will have missed that 'all important' low point that you have been waiting around for.
