For those that are still sitting on the fence and contemplating whether or not to jump in and purchase my comment is that you have less to choose from with each passing month and as that inventory decreases, the prices should start to increase. So what are you waiting for?

Barabara-Jo very interesting long term statistics. What do you attribute the decline of inventory to?
Endre- the large number of condos for sale was due to short sales and foreclosures, it was not a normal amount that was on the market and as the market stabilizes here in Florida, the number of condos available is declining.......eventually it will lead to a need for new construction, which is just what we need for the local economy.

Interesting statistics - from what you say here it would appear that anybody who was waiting for it to hit bottom before they buy is out of luck!

Barbara-Jo, Clearwater has many beautiful beaches, now is the time to buy otherwise condo unit on the beach will sold out and the price will be high rocket.
