Big Brother was indeed watching the Parrot Head Festival in Old Downtown Palm Harbor Florida on Saturday and that was a good thing.
In the background, you see a large 'box' in the air......that is the Pinellas County Sherrif's Department lookout station watching over the festival. Our technology certainly has come a long way in the last fifty years!
The festival was, by the way, a big success. I managed to stop by for a few minutes between clients. It was blue skies, sunshine and temperatures up in the high 80's.
Live entertainment had not started yet while I was there but the crowds had started to form and there was everything from bungee-cord jumping to rock climbing (tower in the background for the rock climbing).
